Quality Control

As a supplier of AC motors, DC motors, stepper motors, vibration motors, hydraulic motors, motorcycle motors, electric bicycle motors, wiring accessories, and cable ties, we focus on product consistency, functional reliability, dimensional accuracy, and clear communication with international customers.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Inspection activities are arranged according to the product specification, component function, and applicable internal inspection standards.

• Verification of material type, dimensions, appearance, and required specifications.
• Inspection of motor housings, shafts, bearings, magnets, windings, connectors, terminals, and other critical components.
• Review of plastic and metal components used in nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories.
• Identification and control of nonconforming materials before they are released for production.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored at key operations to help maintain stable quality and consistent assembly results. Process checks are carried out in line with product requirements and manufacturing instructions.

• Control of assembly accuracy, fastening, wiring, soldering, and component positioning.
• Monitoring of shaft alignment, rotating components, electrical connections, and insulation-related requirements for motor products.
• Process checks for stepper motor construction, vibration motor assembly, and the production of AC and DC motor components.
• Inspection of dimensions, surface condition, and forming quality for cable ties and wiring accessories.
• Recording and review of process issues so that corrective action can be taken promptly.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for shipment, finished goods are inspected according to customer requirements, product specifications, and internal inspection standards. The inspection scope may vary by product type and order configuration.

• Visual inspection for surface defects, damage, contamination, and assembly irregularities.
• Dimensional and construction checks for motors, cable ties, terminals, connectors, and related accessories.
• Functional checks for applicable motor characteristics, including rotation, operating response, wiring condition, and abnormal noise or vibration.
• Review of product markings, models, specifications, and quantity against the purchase order.
• Additional inspections or tests when required by the agreed product specification.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. Before dispatch, the shipment is reviewed against the confirmed order details and customer instructions.

• Confirmation of product model, quantity, accessories, and packing method.
• Inspection of cartons, inner protection, labels, and shipping marks.
• Protection of motors and electrical components against movement, impact, moisture, and other transportation risks where applicable.
• Final verification of documentation and special packing requirements before shipment.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from customers, production teams, and inspection activities is treated as an important input for improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant details are reviewed to determine the cause and define appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
